Turkey’s gold, platinum and diamond brands announced
The sixth Benefit to the Economy Index report, conducted for the sixth time this year by the Turkish Reputation Academy (TIA) in cooperation with Bursa Technical University as rapporteur and Istanbul Kent University, has been published. Organizations and brands that stand out with their products and services, are considered successful by the society with their management performance, and contribute the most to the Turkish economy and social life were ranked in the diamond, platinum and gold leagues respectively according to their scores.
The sixth edition of the Benefit to the Economy Index report, organized by the Turkish Reputation Academy (TIA) for the sixth time this year in cooperation with Bursa Technical University as rapporteur and Istanbul Kent University, has been published. Brands were ranked in diamond, platinum and gold leagues according to the ratings based on product/service performance, management performance and social benefit.
Providing information about the Economy Benefit Index (EFE), Ertan Acar, President of the Reputation Academy of Turkey, said: “As the Reputation Academy of Turkey, we are proud to announce the Economy Benefit Index for the sixth time this year as we continue on our way by repeating our existing indices and adding new indices to our work every year. EFE is a study that emerged by evaluating brands in three different areas: the social benefit provided by companies to society, the benefit provided by their products and services, and the quality of the company. The research reveals the best in many areas, especially reputation, reliability, social benefit, product, service and management performance. In the study, in which we obtain different results every year, there are striking results again in 2024.”
40 sectors were scrutinized this year
Stating that different sectors were included in the research this year, Ertan Acar, President of Reputation Academy, said: “While last year more than 60 sectors were included in the index, this year we had the chance to examine the number of sectors in more detail by reducing the number of sectors to 40. In the research, which was conducted by calling approximately 14 thousand people with the computer-assisted telephone call (CATI) method, our study was completed in 26 regions and 72 provinces using NUTS 2 from the sample of Turkey determined by TURKSTAT. While the questions were directed to the participants, the answers were received with the method without reminders by focusing entirely on the brands that took place in their minds. All answers were filtered by our academicians and rankings were created.”
Stating that the brands in the research should purchase the report in order to announce their success, Ertan Acar said, “In addition to purchasing our research and obtaining the right to use it in their communication activities, brands can see their performances in three different areas by examining the content of the report, make comparisons with their competitors and examine the perception of the sector in the eyes of the society. At the same time, they can direct their work in different areas such as management, marketing and social responsibility according to the content of the report. Brands that purchase the Economy Benefit Index Report and Certificate of Achievement Registration also gain the copyright to announce their achievements in their communication activities. Without making a purchase, brands or individuals cannot make announcements about the work on social media or any other platform.”
